The model of CX Cloud is flexible enough to have utility for multiple industries, as a solution to a number of operational, financial, marketing and managerial problems. However, here’s why I chose the above:
* Canada: Because the identified problems are most prevalent in THEIR footwear industry, especially during the holiday season
* Footwear: So that a customized (industry specific) solution could be suggested, rather than a more generalized/vague one
* Pinterest: Because this social media platform has the highest rate of increase in its usage among Americans & Canadians (and it fit the best in our suggested model, in terms of utility)
